Payment methods
- Cash On Delivery. The cash on delivery fee of € 1.00 is a payment method and is not related to shipping (cash on delivery only for shipments within Greece).
- Credit / Prepaid / Debit card via Alpha e-commerce service. Transactions are made through our order form, are completely secure and there is no risk of fraud, as the management of the payment process is covered exclusively and directly by Alpha Bank's electronic security system.

Security Transaction

Delivery time
Upon completion of your order, a notification email is automatically sent to you about its confirmation. Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. For orders within Greece, products are usually delivered within 1-2 business days of shipment via express delivery. For international shipments, delivery takes 6-7 business days from shipment day.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order if you wish, free of charge, provided that the products have not been shipped from our store.
Return Policy
The consumer has 14 calendar days to return the purchased product for any reason and to request replacement or refund. In any case, the consumer is obliged to return the product to its original condition, as received, and is liable for any return costs. In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete the online shop soapvasilakis.gr has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the status of the products and there will be no replacement procedure.
Return Process
You pack the product so that it is secured on shipment and deliver it to the relevant shipping company from where you have received it. Please note that return costs are charged to the customer. We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above conditions (Return Policy), it will returned to its sender at its own expense.
Delayed Delivery
The online shop soapvasilakis.gr is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to cases that cannot be attributed to the company and will be entitled to an extension of time for its execution. Indicatively, and not restrictively, such cases are: strikes, floods, natural disasters, terrorist acts or any situation not dependent on soapvasilakis.gr, such as problems and delays of suppliers themselves in delivering their products.
